Email support@golarena.io and we aim to reply within one business day. Tell us your account email, the device and app version, and what you expected to happen — it saves a round trip.
If you already have an account you can raise a ticket inside the product instead, and track our replies against it.
Report an ad. If an ad in GolArena looks inappropriate, misleading or too adult, email support@golarena.io with the subject “Ad report” and tell us which ad it was, where you saw it and what was wrong.
Common questions
What does GolArena actually do?
It is a live-scores companion and a record book for bets you have already placed somewhere else. GolArena never places, accepts or settles a bet, holds no money, and has no deposit, withdrawal or cash-out.
The odds I see — where do they come from?
Two places, and neither is a live bookmaker price: either you typed them in yourself (or they were read from a photo of your own slip), or they are AI estimates, always labelled “AI estimate” and shown with a “≈”. Analysis is for information and entertainment only — never betting advice.
A slip settled wrongly, or a leg is stuck on Pending
Legs settle from live match data as results land, and a match that is delayed, abandoned or re-scheduled can hold a leg open. Email us the two team names and the kickoff date so we can find that exact fixture.
What are analysis credits?
One credit runs one AI generation — a Bet Builder build or a Pick Pack unlock. Credits never expire, are not betting currency, have no cash value, and cannot be wagered, transferred, exchanged or withdrawn. If a purchase did not land in your wallet, email us the store receipt and we will credit it by hand.
How many slips can I upload?
100 a week, free, and the allowance resets every Monday. In the app a short rewarded ad adds 10 more; a Builder Pass raises the weekly allowance to 250. Tracking, live scores and notifications are never metered — only the photo-reading step is.
How does the referral code work?
Share the CODE, not a link. Your friend types it into the Referral code field while signing up, and you each get 5 credits once their account is verified, plus 3 more each on their first purchase — up to 50 credits a month. Pasting a whole web address into that field matches nothing, so hand over the short code.
How do I cancel the Builder Pass?
The Pass is billed by the store you bought it from, so it is cancelled there, not by us. On iPhone or iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On Android: Play Store → profile → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the renewal and you keep the Pass until the period you already paid for runs out.
How do I delete my account, or get a copy of my data?
Both live in Profile → Privacy & data: Request deletion sends a one-time confirmation code, and Export data gives you a copy. You can also start a deletion on the web at golarena.io/delete-account without signing in. For anything else — access, correction or a question about how we process your data — write to privacy@golarena.io.

The first time, GolArena may sit under More in the share sheet.
Only the bet lines leave your phone — not the page address, your name or your balance. Google Gemini reads them for us.
In Chrome, Firefox or Edge, share a screenshot instead — those browsers hand us only a link, and GolArena never opens links.
Betting is stopping being fun. What can I do?
Profile → Responsible gambling offers a cool-off period and permanent self-exclusion, both enforced on our servers rather than just hidden in the app. That page also links to BeGambleAware, GamCare and Gambling Therapy, who are independent of us and free to talk to.
