Report illegal content

If you believe something on GolArena breaks the law, tell us here. You do not need a GolArena account and you do not need to sign in.

Is this the right form?

This form is for content you believe is illegal — for example defamation, threats, harassment, a copyright or trademark infringement, or a serious invasion of privacy.

If something merely breaks our community rules — abuse in a chat, spam — and you have an account, the fastest route is the Report action on the message itself in the app. It reaches the same moderators and it already knows which message you mean. This form works too.

What happens next

  1. We confirm we have your report and give you a reference number.
  2. A person reviews it — not an automated system — and decides whether to remove the content.
  3. We write back with the decision and our reasoning, if you gave us an email address. If we remove the content, we also tell the person who posted it why, and how to appeal.
  4. If you disagree with our decision you can come back to us at legal@golarena.io, or take the matter to a court in your own country. Nothing here limits your rights.

Please report in good faith. A report that is deliberately false wastes the time we owe to real ones.

Your report

A link, a username, the name of a group, or a description of where you saw it — whatever you have.
Please be specific — we can only act on a report we can actually investigate. At least a sentence or two.
For example: defamation, harassment, copyright, privacy, threats. Plain words are fine — you do not need to cite a law.
You can report anonymously. We ask because it helps us take the report seriously and follow up.
If you leave this blank we cannot tell you what we decided.
