Terms of Service

Last updated 2026-08-30. These terms explain the rules for using GolArena. By creating an account or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use GolArena.

What GolArena is

GolArena is an information, analytics and entertainment service that helps you track and understand bets you place elsewhere, follow live scores, and engage with other fans. GolArena is not a bookmaker or gambling operator: it does not accept stakes, place or broker bets, hold funds, or pay out winnings. Nothing in the app — including AI analysis, Packs, the Bet Builder, predictions, or notifications — is financial, investment, or betting advice, and no result or projection is a guarantee of any outcome.

Eligibility & age

You must be at least 18, or older where your jurisdiction requires it (for example 19 in South Korea and 21 in most US states). We apply a geo-aware age gate at registration; by registering you confirm you meet the minimum age where you live and that gambling-adjacent services are lawful for you there. We may restrict or close accounts that do not meet these requirements.

Your account

Keep your credentials secure and your details accurate. One account per person. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly (via Support) if you suspect unauthorised use.

Credits, purchases & auto-renewal

Every GolArena feature is free to use, supported by advertising and optional rewarded actions you can choose to watch. AI generations are metered by analysis credits (one credit per generation), which you can buy as one-time credit packs. The optional add-on is the Builder Pass (a monthly subscription that grants credits each period and removes ads). Credits power analysis only — they are never betting currency, have no cash value, and cannot be wagered, transferred, exchanged or withdrawn. Credits do not expire. The Builder Pass is billed in advance and renews automatically each period until cancelled; credit packs and cosmetic items are single charges. The Builder Pass and card payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms. On the website, credit packs are paid through a hosted crypto invoice provided by NOWPayments — no card details reach GolArena. You can cancel a Builder Pass anytime in your store account or via your purchase receipt; cancellation stops the next renewal and access continues until the end of the paid period. Except where the law or the relevant store policy requires, payments are non-refundable. Prices may change with notice; changes never apply retroactively to a charge already paid.

Your right to change your mind (EU/EEA and UK consumers)

If you live in the EU, the EEA or the UK you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase of digital content, without giving a reason. Two things follow from that, and we want both to be obvious rather than buried:

  • Credits are delivered immediately, and that is a choice you make. At checkout on this website you are asked to confirm that you want the credits straight away and that you understand you lose the 14-day withdrawal right once they are delivered. If you do not tick it, we do not take the payment. If you would rather keep the withdrawal right, simply do not buy — nothing else in the app is affected.
  • If you have not used any of the credits from a purchase, write to support@golarena.io within 14 days and we will refund it in full anyway. We would rather do that than argue about a waiver.

To withdraw where the right still applies, tell us in any clear statement — an email to support@golarena.io is enough. You may use this wording: “I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the following digital content: [what you bought], ordered on [date]. My name, my address, the date.” We refund using the same payment method you used, within 14 days of being told.

Purchases made inside the iOS or Android app are handled by Apple or Google, and their refund process applies — contact them, or ask us and we will point you to it.

Responsible gambling

Only bet what you can afford to lose. GolArena provides self-service controls — cool-off (time-out) and self-exclusion — which lock your account for the period you choose and cannot be reversed early. The app links to support organisations and national helplines. These tools, and the app generally, are not a substitute for professional help.

Monthly prediction prize — official rules

The Arena runs a free monthly prediction game. Entry is free, no purchase is necessary and no purchase improves your standing; placings are decided solely by prediction accuracy — a game of skill — and a monthly placing requires at least 20 settled picks in that calendar month. Prizes are a cosmetic profile badge for the top 10 and 10 non-cash analysis credits for the top 20; credits have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, exchanged or transferred. GolArena is the sole sponsor of this prize — Apple and Google are not sponsors and are not involved in any way. Open to registered users of legal age in their jurisdiction; void where prohibited.

Acceptable use & user content

Do not misuse the service: no harassment, hate speech, illegal content, spam, scraping, reverse engineering, automated access, or attempts to disrupt the service or other users. You keep ownership of the betslips, messages and content you submit, and grant us a limited licence to host and process them solely to operate the service.

How we moderate

You are entitled to know how content decisions are made here, so this section says it plainly.

  • An automated filter runs on every message — direct messages, group chats and match threads. It blocks a short list of abusive language at the moment you press send, and it tells you your message was flagged rather than silently dropping it.
  • Public match threads are additionally screened by an AI system shortly after posting, which can hide a post automatically. Private messages are not sent to that system.
  • A human decides every report. When you report a message, a moderator reads it and either removes it or leaves it up. Automated screening can hide a public post, but only a person confirms a report.
  • We tell you what happened. If we remove something you posted, we email you a statement of reasons: what was removed, the ground for it, whether a person or a system made the call, and how to appeal. If you reported something, we email you the outcome — including when we decide to leave it up.
  • You can appeal any decision by replying to that email or writing to legal@golarena.io. A different person reviews it. Nothing here affects your right to go to court instead.

We may suspend or close accounts that repeatedly break these rules. You can also block any other user, which stops their messages reaching you.

Reporting illegal content

If you believe something on GolArena is illegal — not merely against our rules — anyone can tell us, whether or not they have an account, at golarena.io/legal/report. Tell us where the content is and why you believe it is unlawful. We confirm receipt, decide, and write back with our reasoning.

Contact point. Under the EU Digital Services Act our single electronic contact point — for users of the service, and for Member State authorities, the European Commission and the Board — is legal@golarena.io. We accept and answer communications there in English and Albanian.

Intellectual property

GolArena, its software, design, and brand are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for its intended purpose. All sports data, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Third-party services

Scores, fixtures and stats come from third-party data providers and may be delayed or inaccurate. Bookmakers, app stores, and payment processors are independent third parties governed by their own terms. GolArena is not responsible for third-party services or for any bet you place with a bookmaker.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that data is accurate, complete, or uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GolArena is not liable for betting outcomes (which occur on third-party bookmakers, never here) or for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination

You can stop using GolArena and delete your account at any time in Settings → Privacy & data. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or to comply with the law.

Changes & governing law

We may update these terms; we will post the new version here and, for material changes, give reasonable notice. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

These terms are governed by the laws of Albania, and the courts of Tirana, Albania have jurisdiction over any dispute.

If you are a consumer, this does not take away rights you already have. Nothing here overrides the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country you live in, and it does not stop you bringing a claim in your local courts where the law of that country gives you that right.
